Based in Pommard at the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Fanny Sabre took over her family estate at a young age and shaped a style defined by precision, restraint and unwavering respect for the individuality of each vineyard. Holdings extend across Pommard, Beaune, Volnay and Meursault, worked organically with low yields.
Native yeasts, gentle extraction and a carefully adapted élevage favour harmony over power. The reds reveal clarity of fruit and fine tannic grain; the whites offer freshness and mineral precision. One of Burgundy's most compelling small domaines.
