A sommelier comes to you, with a flight built around your guests, the occasion and the menu: before dinner, with dinner, or as the evening itself. Every wine we pour comes from the growers we represent — domaines we import direct and represent exclusively in the Balearic Islands.
Four ways we often begin
Grower Champagne
Six Champagnes from the growers we represent, from a Blanc de Blancs at the aperitif to a single-vineyard cuvée at the table.
Burgundy, village to grand cru
One village or one of our domaines, followed up the slope from village wine to premier and grand cru, so the differences are tasted rather than explained.
Champagne & caviar
Grower Champagnes from our domaines, poured alongside Oscietra and Beluga from our caviar selection.
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, twice
The same two grapes, tasted as Champagne from our growers and as Burgundy from our domaines, side by side.
These are starting points, not set menus: the number of guests, the format and the pace are yours to choose, and we price each tasting on request, around the bottles you open.
Evenings at The Art of Arrival
A few times a season we host a small tasting evening at our boutique on the IGY quay. Places are few, and they go to the list first.
