The wines you tick on list.echezo.com stay in your own browser: nothing reaches us until you send the WhatsApp message yourself.

Who else sees it

Only the providers that run these services for us, under contract: Formspree (the forms on this site), Netlify (hosting), our email provider and, if you accept the cookies, Google. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland (Meta) under its own terms. Our accountants and our bank see invoice details, and a carrier sees your delivery details when one is needed. We never sell your data.

Some of these providers are in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified (Google, Meta, Netlify) and otherwise on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw any consent at any time: write to contact@echezo.com. We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Under-18s

We do not sell alcohol to anyone under 18, and this site is not meant for them.
