Valentin Jobard, nephew of the legendary François Jobard, brings a distinctly contemporary sensibility to Meursault's historic viticultural identity. His vineyards sit on some of the village's most expressive limestone and clay-limestone soils, worked with exacting care.
Indigenous yeasts, carefully calibrated élevage and oak used judiciously to support texture without masking site expression. Finely poised and articulate Meursaults — citrus zest, white flowers and stone fruit over a persistent chalky finish. Wines that honour tradition while speaking with a fresh, defined voice.
