Before founding Recrue des Sens, Yann Durieux honed his craft at Domaine Prieuré-Roch — and the influence is unmistakable. Based in Villers-la-Faye, he farms old-vine parcels organically and biodynamically, with yields kept deliberately low and chemical inputs entirely absent.
Spontaneous fermentations, often with whole clusters, no additives, no corrective intervention, and no sulphur. Pinot Noir of silken texture, floral nuance and mineral depth; whites of saline tension and layered complexity. Produced in very small quantities — wines that challenge convention and reward patience.
