Our head sommelier, Jules Pichon, is in Palma every Wednesday. Book a visit and he brings the wines to your restaurant: you taste them where they will be poured, against your own menu, and we shape the list with you.

• Pricing: ex-IVA trade list on request.
• Direct from the grower, with no intermediary between their cellar and yours.
• Cult wines: exceptional access, and sourcing on request for most of the rest.
