Benoît Déhu
Founded in 1787 — two years before the French Revolution — Déhu Père et Fils is one of Champagne's most historic yet discreet estates. Benoît Déhu, the eighth generation at the helm, returned to the family domaine after a formative experience at Bollinger, armed with a clear vision: to explore the full potential of his terroir through artisanal winemaking.
Working 1.70 hectares farmed biodynamically — part of it by horse — Benoît crafts Champagnes of rare precision and personality. Intense, urgent and energetic, driven by beautiful tension and fine minerality, with zero to minimal dosage.
